I am able to calmly, very quickly, and efficiently handle any mess or clutter you have, and can just as easily sort one space or room as I can your entire house. I'll provide either one-time or quarterly-scheduled services, and always offer a free 30-minute follow-up visit to encourage your success in maintaining your new clean slate!

Entire Family Homes: typically a full-week job... and a particular pleasure for me, as I love to create order from chaos and ease stress for harried parents with very busy lives. 

Moving/Re-Lo Services include:
Packing, unpacking, and setting up organizational systems to start you off in your new place with ultimate success. 

Packing for College Dorm Moves includes:
Fully packed luggage and boxes, as well as an itemized list of those items for move-out reference. I will offer ordering assistance and/or suggestions for sourced accessories to make clever use of those tight quarters. 

Assistance for Seniors: Specially-catered focus on downsizing and moving senior citizens to smaller homes or assisted living spaces.

Post-Loss Services: Compassionate help with the highly sensitive and delicate process of clearing a loved-one's home after serious illness or death. 

FEES:

Half-day projects, 4 hours: $200 (minimum time allowance)
Full-day, 8 hours: $400
Full-week - Five 8-hour days - pricing upon request. 

*Fees include all donation drop-offs, product sourcing, creating labels, shopping lists, and coordinating junk removal, as needed. I will provide all clients with a list of local recycling/reselling/removal businesses and resources.

*Trash disposal and costs for extra removal bins and dumpsters are added to client fees. 

*I will implement and repurpose what you already have for storage and sorting purposes, but should you need other organizational bins or systems, I can either source and order for you and add to your bill, or can make suggestions for you to order on your own. 

*Seniors on a limited income may request reduced rates. 

*Travel is possible for full-week jobs only, plus additional travel costs.
